Othman Lips Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):

    • Up to 8 oz (0.5 lb): $5 - $7 USD.
    • Up to 1 lb (16 oz): $7 - $10 USD.
    • Up to 3 lbs: $10 - $12 USD.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Up to 8 oz (0.5 lb): $8 - $10 USD.
    • Up to 1 lb (16 oz): $10 - $15 USD.
    • Up to 3 lbs: $15 - $20 USD.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 USD, standard shipping is free. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
International Shipping (from the U.S. to other countries):
  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Up to 8 oz (0.5 lb): $18 - $25 USD.
    • Up to 1 lb (16 oz): $25 - $30 USD.
    • Up to 3 lbs: $30 - $45 USD.
  • Expedited International Shipping:
    • Up to 8 oz (0.5 lb): $30 - $40 USD.
    • Up to 1 lb (16 oz): $40 - $50 USD.
    • Up to 3 lbs: $50 - $60 USD.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 7 to 21 business days (depending on the destination country).
    • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Delays

  • Othman Lips is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls, or any other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Issues
